Í tilefni Stockfish, býður WIFT á Íslandi (Women in film and Television) – félag kvenna í kvikmyndum og sjónvarpi kvikmyndagerðarfólki af öllum kynjum að koma og hitta WIFT konur og ræða hvernig við getum öll staðið vörð um kynjajafnrétti í faginu.
WIFT á Íslandi fagnar 19 ára starfsemi félagsins á Íslandi, margt hefur áunnist þótt enn séu næg verkefni framundan. Telebar býður upp á 10% afslátt af matseðli fyrir þá sem vilja mæta snemma og fá sér kvöldverð áður en fögnuðurinn hefst.
Öll eru velkomin að mæta og fagna fjölbreytileikanum og ráðgera næstu skref í átt að fullu jafnrétti og inngildingu í kvikmyndagerð.

In celebration of Stockfish, WIFT Iceland (Women in Film and Television) – the Icelandic association for women in film and television – invites filmmakers of all genders to come and meet WIFT women and discuss how we can all stand up for gender equality in the industry.
WIFT Iceland is celebrating 19 years of the association’s activities in Iceland, much has been achieved although there is still plenty of work to do. Telebar is offering a 10% discount on the menu for those who want to arrive early and have dinner before the festivities begin.
Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate diversity and plan the next steps towards full equality and inclusion in filmmaking.
