Originally from Bangladesh, Naila Zahin Ana has been based in Iceland since 2017 and has been a journalist and writer for many years before going into the entertainment industry.
Ever since she was a teenager she was part of theatre and film production and has produced her own short films at Kvikmyndaskóli Íslands from which she graduated in December 2024. Her graduation film ‘Absolution’ won best film in ‘Directing and Producing’ and ‘Screenwriting and Directing’ category. It also won the coveted ‘Bjarkinn’ award for best film of the year.
With the goal of becoming a producer she is always willing to try something new, faces challenges head-on and is dedicated to each and every project she takes part in.
